Start with your courageous moments

Refine & Document Your Process

Follow-Through with Confidence
Based on Your Quiz Responses,
You Are A Go-Getter!!!
Let's unpack your path to a confident and productive life.
Your personal path to a confident and productive life is to take the process you've already used to get started and reignite it when you get stuck.
Bet you're thinking, "Heck, I didn't even know I had a process!"
It's hard to see the big picture of how you're moving through your day.
You've got an advantage that many would be envious of. Can you guess what it is? Okay. I'll tell you. . . it's your willingness to try!
These aren't your average quiz results, friend.
Below I'll tell you how to take your innate strengths
and use them to bring your goals and dreams to life.
But first let's take a look at your personal confidence
and productivity success path.
STEP 01
Proof
Get ready! I have happy dance worthy news for you. Here it is: If taking confident action is like climbing a mountain, you're already at the halfway point.
What I mean by that is you have evidence that you can do hard things even when it's scary. It's called courage. You have acted courageously. When you remind yourself of those courageous moments you will also remind yourself that it wasn't as scary as you thought. That taking scrappy, messy, imperfect action is what has gotten you this far.
STEP 02
Process
In addition to proof you also have a process. Whether it's documented or not, you know what needs to happen to get results.
And better yet, your process is likely more refined than someone starting from absolute scratch. Your process consists of habits and structure that get you started.
STEP 03
Unstoppable Mindset
When you put the proof and process together you can move forward with confidence.
The invisible ceiling that's kept you feeling stuck gets eliminated and suddenly you go from doubting yourself when you get stuck to making decisions with confidence to keep going and follow-through on your goals. (It's definitely as exciting as it sounds.)
Curious how to take your mindset from "I'm not good enough" to "I'm unstoppable"?
Keep reading and I'll show you the 3-step process that will help you follow-through no matter how many times you get stuck.
GET YOUR THOUGHTS OUT OF YOUR HEAD AND ONTO PAPER
The 3-Step System to Live a Confident Productive Life
STEP 01
Find Your Courageous Moments
Perhaps you are more courageous than you think...
Remind yourself about moments of courage in your life when you stopped thinking and "just did it."
Some examples:
AT WORK:
I asked for a raise. I spoke up in that meeting. I left my job. I started a business.
IN A FRIENDSHIP:
I opened up to a friend. I reached out to a potential mentor. I blocked someone toxic on social media.
HEALTH:
I went to the gym. I make better food choices.
MONEY:
I saved most of my paycheck. I asked for help. I owned up to my financial situation.
LOVE:
I ended an unhealthy relationship. I stuck with that relationship. I said what I needed.
FAMILY:
I kept myself from snapping at my partner. I didn't engage in the petty stuff with my siblings.
STEP 02
Plot Your Path to Confident Completion
Based on your quiz results, the one thing missing from your process - is the step or steps to take when you get stuck. Having a "get unstuck" plan is going to move you to follow-through to completion.
Try answering these two questions:
1. When others get stuck, what do they specifically do to get unstuck?
2. In the moment you are stuck, what are you thinking?
Which of these are ways you are willing to try to get unstuck? You can pick more than one!
- Calling someone to talk it out.
- Walking away, taking a quick break to clear your head and then get back to work. (Your solution may magically appear.)
- Asking someone else who has had the same problem for their advice.
- Instead of telling yourself this is hard, let it be easy. Find the easy solution. It may not be as complicated as you think.
STEP 03
Reset Your Mindset with a Post-It Note Party
Fear is a magnifying glass and makes everything bigger and scarier than it really is. When you don't get it out of your head where fear lives, fear has access to your goals and feeds them with more fear.
Carve out some time, get comfortable. Open a new document or grab a stack of post-it notes.
1. First identify your goal on a post-it note.
2. Then stack the following *fear* post-it notes underneath the goal. Jot down one fear on each post-it - saying exactly what is scary about this goal for you. This gets the fear out of your head.
3. Once you've gotten all those nasty fears out of your head, write your counter statement to each fear on a new post-it. Stick the counter statement post-it on the bottom of the fear so you can see the fear and counter statement together.
Some examples:
Fear: I'm afraid I'll fail.
Counter Statement: I'm going to start, and I'll learn some things along the way.
Fear: I'm afraid people will judge me.
Counter statement: It really doesn't matter what other people think of me. It only matters what I think, and I'll be disappointed in myself if I don't at least try.
When you get all stuck up in your head with your fears, have the post-it notes front and center so you can squash that fear with your new counter statement.
Tada! You've just started taking control of your thoughts to create un unstoppable mindset.

INTRODUCING
UNDAUNTED: The Art Of Taking Action
Even if You Doubt Yourself
By the End of the UNDAUNTED Course You Will Have:

"I now know things are not as scary as I was making them in my head.
Taking this course has been a life transforming experience. I have learned so much about ME and why I automatically respond the way I do. I am plagued with self-doubt and that self-doubt had begun to paralyze me from moving on in several areas of my life.
Undaunted helped me to identify my default responses and actions. Through conversational lectures, exploratory exercises, and practical reframing techniques, Carlene has taught me how to boldly walk forward with practical tools that I can use in my everyday life.
The only thing I regret is not taking this course sooner!"
