Follow-Through with Confidence
Based on Your Quiz Responses,
You Are A Busy Bee!!!
Let's unpack your path to a confident and productive life.
Your personal path to a confident and productive life is to focus on spending time working on what is most important to you.
You are a good person who wants to help others and it is very important to you that everyone like you. Heck, who doesn't want that?!
You've got an advantage that many would be envious of. Can you guess what it is? Okay. I'll tell you. . . it's your ability to be flexible and move from task to task, without even blinking an eye.
These aren't your average quiz results, friend.
Below I'll tell you how to take your innate strengths
and use them to bring your goals and dreams to life.
But first let's take a look at your personal confidence
and productivity success path.
STEP 01
Your Why
Get ready! I have happy dance worthy news for you. Here it is: If taking confident action is like climbing a mountain, you've already started the climb. And let me tell you, starting is the hardest part.
What I mean by that is you know what you want. Think back to when you had this great idea, AKA as your current goal or dream.
- What excited you about it?
- What was bright and sparkly that propelled you to take that first tiny step?
- Why is this important to you?
- What was your vision for the end result?
This is called knowing your why. When you remind yourself of your why, you will remind yourself that this matters, that you matter. It is the thing that will keep you focused and on-track.
STEP 02
Your Priorities
In addition to your why, you also have priorities. Whether it's documented or not, you know what is really important to get results.
And better yet, you know your priorities. They are all up in your head. Your priorities are your guideposts for making a million tiny decisions every day about how you are spending your time.
STEP 03
Your Mindset
When you put your why and your priorities together you can move forward with confidence.
The invisible ceiling that's kept you feeling stuck gets eliminated and suddenly you go from doubting yourself when you get distracted to making decisions with confidence to get back on track and focus on your goals. (It's definitely as exciting as it sounds.)
Curious how to take your mindset from "I'm not good enough" to "I'm unstoppable"?
Keep reading and I'll show you the 3-step process that will redirect you back to your why and priorities no matter how many times you get distracted.

STEP 01
Find Your WHY
Your WHY is the true reason you jump out of bed and keep cruising
toward your dreams, even when it gets really stinking tough.
Getting to the heart of your why is the single biggest factor in sticking with your goals no matter how rough the road gets.
I'd love for you to actually sit down and do some "brain dump" sessions using an actual pen and paper for this exercise.
Don't judge your ideas as they come; just write them all down, the good the bad and the ugly. I don't want you blocking your creativity or flow of ideas.
Never make your why about revenge or holding a grudge.
Start by answering this question:
It is important for me to (insert your goal - I want to own a huge house someday) because: _____________
Keep the ideas coming. Try to get a list of 7-10 WHY's!
STEP 02
Plan & Prioritize
Based on your quiz results, distractions is the one thing getting in your way of focusing on your goal. Having a detailed plan and schedule is going to keep you focused and moving forward.
First, make a plan. List out all the things you need to do to accomplish your goal. Schedule a time you're going to work on each step.
Next, identify and schedule your other priorities outside of this goal - family commitments, self-care, chores, errands, etc.
When you get pulled in another direction ask yourself these questions:
- If I say "yes" to this unscheduled demand, what am I saying "no" to?
- Will doing this unplanned thing bring me closer to achieving my goal?
- Am I working on the thing that is most important or am I distracting myself with busy work? (Because this productive procrastination tricks your brain that as long as you are busy, your are on track.)
- Do I want to do this thing I'm being asked to do? Or, do I really just want this person to like me?
STEP 03
Reset Your Mindset with a Post-It Note Party
Fear is a magnifying glass and makes everything bigger and scarier than it really is. When you don't get it out of your head where fear lives, fear has access to your goals and feeds them with more fear.
Carve out some time, get comfortable. Open a new document or grab a stack of post-it notes.
1. First identify your goal on a post-it note.
2. Then stack the following *fear* post-it notes underneath the goal. Jot down one fear on each post-it - saying exactly what is scary about this goal for you. This gets the fear out of your head.
3. Once you've gotten all those nasty fears out of your head, write your counter statement to each fear on a new post-it. Stick the counter statement post-it on the bottom of the fear so you can see the fear and counter statement together.
Some examples:
Fear: I'm afraid I'll fail.
Counter Statement: I'm going to start, and I'll learn some things along the way.
Fear: I'm afraid people will judge me.
Counter statement: It really doesn't matter what other people think of me. It only matters what I think, and I'll be disappointed in myself if I don't at least try.
When you get all stuck up in your head with your fears, have the post-it notes front and center so you can squash that fear with your new counter statement.
Tada! You've just started taking control of your thoughts to create un unstoppable mindset.
